1. About Us

This website is operated by SL Candles. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SL Candles. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All products are handmade and descriptions, images, colours, and sizes are provided as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

  • Prices include UK VAT where applicable

  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase

  • Your card receipt will show SLC TAN (this stands for Spotless Leppard Candles Trade Asia Network)
4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs once the order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and charges are outlined in our Delivery Information page. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary, particularly for EU deliveries.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Used or opened items cannot be returned

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

  • This does not effect your DSR

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once approved.

7. Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, provided items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

8. Liability

SL Candles shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Candles and fragrance products must be used in accordance with provided safety instructions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
